Will the federal government re-define some of the other crypto currencies as securities? I think particularly i look at anything with a large premine ad with early investors, because that's very much like what happens in the securities world. You can't just go out and fraudulently raise money and not report on it. There's a reason why we have these laws, and it's actually to protect consumers from fraudulent investment opportunities.
