The Impact of Democracy on the Political System

In the early 20th century Through the 1920s up until around the 1930s The primary focus in these debates was what's good for democracy And I have a suspicion that something between the depression and world war two started to change. A lot of the questioning that the tech execs were subject to was much more economic primacy focused as opposed to Democracy focused. Given the importance that these companies have to the fabric of Society, I kind of wish that that had been flipped back to where it was.
