The Risk of AI Turning Into Skynet
"It all comes down to people's competence and the source, right?" he asks. "If something actually says it in such a way that it like sounds real, it sounds like a human telling you, honestly, man, the sheep will be brainwashed again." The risk of AGI turning into Skynet is less of a probability than previously thought, but state intervention would protect us from 'Skynet' He adds: You just need it to be a good communicator. It doesn't need to be able to predict the future.
