How to Tell People You're on a Vow of Silence Without Being Able to Tell Them
"I told myself I wasn't allowed to talk, but I still was communicating," he says. "You definitely get a full spectrum of reactions from people because they saw I was on a vow of silence" He's been hiking for three months and is in the middle of his second trip around the country.
