The practice varies of what age we do that, but it can be like six months or under a year. Let's say a patient who's four months old comes in with an unexplained femur fracture. If they have rib fractures, that's a time when you're going to do neural imaging as well to screen for a cult head injury. And unfortunately, like head ultrasounds aren't a good screening tool to rule out abuse of head trauma. So the screening is a CTR and MRI.
