How Can I Not Be Pregnant and Have a Baby?
In an emergency department, in her early twenties, had a my first friend was pregnant. And she it transported her to what would have happened if it were him who had actually gone through the gate and into the swimming pool. In that moment, it threw me straight back to my first ever still born case at hospital. It doesn't stop us being human in the moment, but it does mean we have to sit with it, and we have to process it in a different way. That makes it that much more meaningful for us, i think.
