How to Breathe When You're Panicked
I love just talking about breath and experimenting around breath because it helps me just like calm down no matter what situation. I have an app called the breathing app. And also when you are feeling panicked, even in a conversation, it's okay to put your hand on your heart. It's good to notice where you're feeling things in your body. There's a bit of a pause between that energetic feeling that we're having for each other and whatever it is we're going to do together. During that pause, there's space to either discuss what's going to take shape.
