Is There a Way to Over-Spiritualize?
The Lord wants us to be fully human. He took on our humanity to redeem it, he doesn't want us to be angels. The screens lie to us, man, like let's not get away from that. And the thing is that they project the fact that we are in control. All of those things condition us to react to external stimuli in a particular way. It makes it much harder to quiet down and settle the mind.
