Is the SEC Preparing for Regulation of Digital Assets?
IEX announced recently a strategic partnership with FTX and IEX is dabbling in the digital asset space. One of the questions you'd ask was how the SEC's actions will affect digital asset investment, like both from the buy side and the sell side. And even since our announcement, we've had a lot of people call us and ask questions about what it is we're doing. But I'd be curious. What you heard when you were asking the industry sort of, are they prepping for this? Will they wait for SEC regulation?
