The food industry is capable of producing non ultra process foods, but it chooses not to because they're not as profitable. What should governments do? First of all shift their attention away from high, sicke shot fat foods to regulating ultra process foods. It's about reducing consumption of ultra process foods and not simply re formulating them. And is about developing a grated set of policies, as some countries in the global south are doing so with chile.
