The Relationship Between Management and the Elites

A, i think my question was more around this concept of nobless oblige. This is essentially how the relationship that elites, at least in theory, had with their subjects and client classes used to be. A, if if the elites would piss off ther ther their client class for a very long time they would revolt and change the iliot in a very direct way. So yet, basic background, fact, elitues are not account to their subjects. It doesn't really work. If you don't work, you don't eat an elite's system well. And so it comes down to do the elits of a system have something to do with their basive power?
