Women in Chess - Is There a Media Officer?
Federations have to be very good at this, cheering for their players and pumping them up. I wouldn't necessarily say that it's dance the ambition because that certainly was not the case for me. And I think if you can still do that and still have top female players at a 1900 level and they can inspire their players to and their colleagues to get much higher levels. That is what Judith has said on the matter. She's always saying, don't look to me, look above me. AndI find that inspiring.
