Taking Your Own Notes During a Meeting?

I think it's great for everybody to take their own notes and then to take the time to share that afterwards. And if there is a minute taker, being able to say, hey, here is my perspective on some of the actions or agreeme s that were made can be a really powerful way to get other people's perspectives.
