The Free Energy Principle

The rise of behaviorism and then its demise. The two are seen to work hand in hand perhaps that dialectic is not quite so quite so evident but you know it would be fascinating to read a book about all the different waves of understanding different kinds of intelligence over the past two centuries now I would imagine right right right yeah It's spread out through so many fields and disciplines and people that it's very tricky to sort it all outYeah okay so moving on the free energy principle do you mind just describing the free energy Principle? Right not at all there are two ways of describing it I can either describe it from the bottom up or from the top down.
