Made old with a laptop out in the meeting. I'm sure for us I own a dysfunctional team. Right, and a bit of a dysfunctional employee, probably at the time as well. So she thought, alright enough's enough, this team is obviously dysfunctional, she's been around long enough to know where dysfunction lies. She called an offsite and this is where she got all of her senior leadership team who all themselves had their own teams but it was really this leadership team that she needed to crack some stance into.
