What Are the Red Flags of Exclusivity?
Some of the red flags that i see in the contracts are, exclusivity is a big one. Exclusivity means that you are not able to work with any competitors or similar brands for a certain period of time. Sometimes exclusivity will extend beyond paid contracts, but they'll say, we don't even want you to talk about it for free. I did the math on a collaboration, a potential collaboration that i turned down recently, and they were saying basically something very similar. It didn't even make sense. The amount that they paid me would have been less than what i would make from a filiat income for, you know, com tors or similar soft ware for six months
