How to Define a Failed Airway

There are two categories when you answer this or you approach it. It's never use it and then after five days of injury. Adam, how would you define a crash airway? This is that horrible situation where our patients agonol breathing. Generally, if the person doesn't have a pulse, it's a crash airways. If you can't intubate somebody after three attempts, then you define it as a failed airway. And for the exam purposes in life, I really think about this as the fundamental difference between failed versus difficult airments. We're going to focus on two key cases that kind of bring everything together.
