GTA RP Is a Video Game as Stage
The primacy of the streamer over what's being streamed is evident in these two Twitch phenomenon that I want to discuss. GTA RP is a mod of Grand Theft Auto 5 and in this mod you can play on a server in a multiplayer environment as a common non-player character. Unlike Eve Online it's actually cooler in some ways than Eve because unlike Eve's weird corporate hierarchy of acquisition and conquest it's really kind of more free play really cool.
