Russian Warnings Against Civilian Grain Ships
Scott Betanol: The Republicans are saying, well, we'll blow people up and people like that. That's going to be a popular message if nobody has any other possible solution for the fentanyl crisis. He says Russia did issue this warning against civilian grain shipments; it could be pretty serious. ScottBetanol: I'm not sure if the Kurtz Bridge attack was maybe the final straw, but it was the same day that Russia announced they were leaving the deal.
