Avanati's Defamation of Stormy Daniels

Stormy daniels, the adult film star who rose to prominence as a result of her former relationship donald trump. She is testifying in a Government case against her former attorney, michael avenati. Now it's alleged that avenati stole 300 thousand dollars from daniels when he received and kept an advance from a book dealr that daniels had signed. Avanati has pleaded not guilty to both charges of fraud and identity teft. But if he's convicted, he's going to face tha maximum penalty of 22 years in prison.
