I think we're quite similar anyway, that's why we work together well. But also, when you work with someone for a long time, you sort of start merging a little bit. And it's kind of the same in a marriage, like people kind of get more similar over time. In terms of investment strategy, part of my strategy moving has been influenced by Rob and seeing what he's doing. The way to look for those properties is looking for areas that show a lot of value.
