How to Make Small Groups Work for You

I'm really lucky again in Ontario because the way the program works there is a certified teacher and an early childhood educator who are partners in the class. And certainly either one could take the lead on literacy you know or any other subject in my class because this is my passion. So that's that's been another way I've been able to make things work as well. In terms of trying to figure out what the kids are doing when you're when you're taking small groups I know it takes a lot of creativity there. Much harder I know if you're in you know grade one you're in grade two you're all by yourself.
