The Rise of Office Property Valuations

There's all this attention on office properties at the moment and the valuation of offices has definitely cast a shadow over the whole sector. People generally invest in REITs for yield when you can get 4.5% on bonds, your average investor is like, okay, do I park my money in a REIT and try and get my 5% there? Or do I just go with something a bit safer like bonds? There's much more going on in the market outside of just the office value issues.
