Hobbiton is still there, isn't it? That's right. Well, you know what? I don't know if they built it for the first three, but they built it out of polystyrene. Peter Jackson knew that they wanted it to be long lasting. So he actually had it built out of real lumber and concrete and stucco and permanent materials. And so it is a tourist attraction for sure. Yeah. It's funny how just Middle Earth has become part of New Zealand now. Oh, New Zealand has became part of the story of Middle Earth. It really is. The professor himself stated that Sam was the true hero in the Lord of the Rings.
