Ersha Johnson: I think part of it is this just overlay of, you know, like we geek on this and understand all these things. She says there are lots of people who have experienced success but then they get mired back in the system. Johnson: The round robin on CISOs is just scary. Maybe DevOps is the Nirvana, everything's perfect, but you're not going to succeed if your leadership is swapping in it once or twice a year.
