The Phases of the Architectural Building Process
The architectural building process has evolved over the last hundreds of years to what it is now. The steps built up on top of each other are important to spread out so you can really think about every single thing as you move forward. Schematic, design, design, development and construction documentation all exist for a reason. And they're there for reasons. So even though we said these phases will vary from office to office, this is what it is like.
