Every time a new technology arrives into a sector, the first thing that happens is obviously it becomes digitized. It's this deceptive phase that all of us sit on our laurels and think: "It's not going to affect my sector" And we go through the same process of trying to bring some level of familiarity or comfort to ourselves. Once something becomes digitized, dematerialized and moves into deceiving phases, then eventually starts to pop out - just like Spotify did with music.
