Delegating a Process to a Delegated Team

i've been a part of teams where that's my job, is to do some of that writing. And yet, there's difficulty for me to know what it is that's needed. I in the specific sneers you knowhat? i meanlike, i know my side of it. How do i work with you with that? That interface between me and the other person has almost no process to it. Without the explanation or without the communication, it can become a detriment in itself.
