How to Set a Boundary to Change Someone's Behavior
If you believe that the other person's behavior is wrong and shouldn't be happening, you will be emotionally resistant to it. When we are emotionally resistant to things, we want them to change. It produces a lot of cognitive dissonance that actually prevents you from setting an effective boundary and taking action. And most of us have been on both sides of this.
