I'm doing hill sprints two times a week. Should I do these before on or after an upper body or lower body day? All right. So if you do an upper lower, ideally I would do these four to six hours before or after your lower body workouts. Now, if you're doing a body part split, like he said, before, I would and you're doing them twice a week, I would do the same thing. Do them on your pole day and your leg day 4 to 6 hoursbefore or after training.
