Is There a National Civic Service?

I grew up poor, black, literally never went much beyond the n 15 post coded totem. And it was only because i went to coral school in peterborough that i came across middle england. I'm hugely struck that you can be growing up in clethorpe's and if you don't go to university, this is half the country. You may never come into contact with a young person who's growing up in tottenham. We've just been through the platenum jubilee. But i suspect there's more to do around this business of healthy patriotism and belief in our national identity.
