I think a lot of depression anxiety was bound to my inability to be mentally present and a lot of stuff. So yeah, it's been going good, like, with the medication for sure. I feel like I'm much more present, not just at work, but in his family's life,. My wife's, my kids, like not that I wasn't present, but it's like, I'm more engaged, I guess you could say, just in conversations and all that stuff.
