Emerging Regional Internet, Is Connected?

We have a universal internet. But why do we have emerging regional internet? That's because, while the internet doesn't really exist, right? It's a protocal stack that we all hopped into,. And cables in the ground are privately owned, or publicly owned, in for structures which are fundamentally operated by the government. So over time, as the importance of the inter has grown, so too has regional differences and stronger local players. If you have no domestic market, you do want to cultivate it, but you also need your economy to compete. South koree is a really interesting example.
