Why Go Is a Popular Back End Language
The last place I worked, last several places actually, were like node and Go shops. And I used both on the back end. The reason for that is, as you pointed out, we used Go for more compute heavy workloads. With that said, it's not quite as efficient as like a Rust or C or a C++ because it's got this run time that manages,. It's a garbage collected language.
