Panic Attacks Are the Worst

If you're panicking, hold on to ice cubes and pay attention to what the sensation of cold feels like in your body. And then doing physically very, very slow push up and really paying attention to going down and coming back up. Another thing that has worked well for me is actually putting an ice pack, like a long, kind of thin ice pack on my vaguest nerve. I compare it to being a salt lamp and having the voltage of a football stadium lihting system plugged into me. That's w it feels like.
