The Word of God, the Gospel, and the Apostles
The word of god spread, the number of disciples in jerusalem increased rapidly and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith. And that's significant, because those, again, were jesus last words, is to take the gospel. It goes back also to the apostles saying, we neglect the gospel. So luke is helping us understand that that's exactly what these individuals were doing.
