People still living in the neighbourhood are carrying large plastic bottles of water to a well. They also carry them up 16 stories, which is sood of two flights of stairs for each story,. It's frightening because the building has been structurally damaged. These are people who don't have somewhere else to go. But they have no way of knowing whether their buildings are structurally safe.
