The First Five Questions You Need to Ask in a Project
Those five questions you need to ask in the project are the most important questions you can ask when you start one. The charter, sir, was another important purpose in that it is also the agreement authorizing the very existence of the project. It should be the first real document of a project which describes what the project is and should answer all five of the first five questions.
