I think that is definitely just challenge those negative assumptions. So when you see yourself going down into this kind of catastrophizing spiral, it's really illustrative. The anxiety can actually be energizing and to be kind of kept on your toes in high pressure situations. And I would call this kind of open-minded optimism, which is what we should be aiming for.
