I actually feel very passionate about like nutrition and wellness. I've always been so intrigued by it. And that's why I think I overcomplicated it because I like attached to and all this stuff. But the concept is actually, it's real. What you eat directly affects your longevity, how you feel, how you present yourself into this in this world,. Like there's so many things that's like literally science. So why are we pretending like it's good? You know what I'm saying?
