How Psychoeducation Helped My Morning Anxiety

Anxious people have more cortisol in the morning. When you're anxious and stressed, your nervous system is more sensitized. We all need cortisol to wake up. It's great. But anxious people often misinterpret that shot of cortisol. Have a bit of that on your way. I'm going to have to just get out of bed and drag this around with me. Because what else? Well, I have no other choice. And that changed a lot of things for me.
