When I'm working with a client, I'll get anywhere from one to three of these re-consolidation moments over a two-hour session. So sometimes you can just be at the bottom of the pyramid and that's enough to get some sort of emotional shift. But if not, then you can sort of slowly climb up. He found like a curious sort of dichotomy in people's motivations when he got down to these deep levels. It was related to they still want this oneness and this piece and this love, but they don't want it by changing their internal state or changing other's internal state. They want to make the world such that everybody, their needs are met
