Vaping has kind of entered as a new trend I'm wondering if you've looked at that. It seems fairly likely on the sort of balance of the evidence that it will be less dangerous than smoking. The UK is very much taking this sort of harm reduction approach where they said okay you know vaping might not be perfect but it's better than the alternative and so we're going to regulate it in such a way as to allow that to be the case. US have taken a far less enlightened approach from what I understand which is basically going oldyou know this is another dangerous thing nicotine's addictive blah blah.
