I started meditating years ago but often on way more often on. So once I started to use the headspace app, it really helped just to make it more of a ritual,. But you're right in the, in the gym, taking time to breathe sometimes I just say, all right, five breaths between sets. That would help and just getting into that habit of focusing on your breathing more during your day. It'll become more natural for you to do it in that moment. Exactly. And when you think about it, we're always thinking about it from our, our perspective. We're dealing with a human on the other side too. And they're feeling the same pressures.
