I love the customer success role because your your job is to make sure the customers happy what they're using and that that aligns with mine kind of psychology. Necessarily driven by money per se, although obviously we're only this for certain of a remuneration. In one last organization, you delivered two things to the customer and you can upfront when you do the handover in the web commission with the customer. And it really worked really well is if you're really clear on what it is.
