Do You Know How to Do Snatch Push Ups?

On a lift day, in this workout that i've got in the book, it's you id do eight to ten sets of cleaning jerks. And then for metabolic conditioning,  i'd do three rounds of max burpes in three minutes with one minute of s between the rounds. Two minutes of burpys can crush people if you go hard. Sacrificing proper form will not make you stronger. It will only make you injured. So try and find a good coach that's going to teach you these things.
