How to Maintain a Healthy Weight

You have to set yourself for a range that you want to stick between if you're trying to maintain this body. And when you start to get out of that range, don't just don't do the fuck it. Because that'll turn into I'm 190 and this is okay. I'm 200. I'm bulking now. You got to have that range. It took me years to figure out the things that I'm doing right now to maintain this range. So there are things that I do naturally now that that have just allowed me to stay here and the same thing with you. That's really huge.
