Is There a Ciotic Radiation?
If you really wanted to, you could learn almost everything in science by building a sufficiently large space station using the matter in otherwise empty space. The evidence out there in integlactic space is there for the taking. So this idea of kayotic radiation is not quite right, at least the emphasis is not right. Even those parts of space that poperas calling ciotic and hostile won't be even the earth,. as david doige points out, is itself hostile. And we have managed to eak out a way of creating an open ended stream of knowledge creation.
