I think what you're pointing towards is something that we've seen in lots of areas. The idea of having a just in time supply chains sounded great until things couldn't arrive for reasons that we know. And with people management, I think the pandemic has shown that it's a lot more important to really look a bit more closely. So there really is a responsibility that lies within companies, but also, yeah, like I said, HR departments, maybe, I don't know, toreally look a bitMore closely.
