How many trades do you reckon you're taking a week? I think maximum number will be 10 per day, but it's really not very often when I trade. If I have one or two prostables, then I say, okay, I'm enough,. Yes, if I have two losing or three losing, I also say it's enough - so I don't try to over trade.
